Prices are based on weight, breed and coat condition. There is an additional charge for de-matting or shaving excessively matted coats, and for overly aggressive animals that require special handling. We must be made aware of any pre-existing medical or temperament issues, and if your pet requires sedation, a consultation is required before the groom to insure the comfort of your pet and the safety of the groomer. Please know that any sedation must be supervised by your vet and Dog Friendly Grooms is not licensed to administer medications of any kind.
A credit card number must be provided when making an appointment, and cancellation or rescheduling requires 24 hour notice. Failure to arrive for or keep a scheduled appointment after the 24 hour period has expired constitutes a no-show and a $25 fee applies. During peak periods, i.e. one week prior to major holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, etc., failure to appear or keep an appointment will result in a charge for the entire groom.
All packages include nail trim & grinding, ear and teeth cleaning, bath, blow dry, cologne and bandanna.
